as always the staff was very helful,considerate and knowledgeable, the vehicle was clean and with a full tank which allowed us to go quickly on our trip, the return was painless, I was very happy with everything
Excellent location all around. Special recognition is due for Luis my main contact. I had a 9 day rental that started with 3 days, converted to a weekly, sprinkled with one day paid by AAA when my personal car was towed (AAA Premier benefit). The guys at Enterprise handled it like you would for your family. Really appreciated their help and continuous re-workings of my rental agreement. I had a stressful and potentially very expensive personal car repair pending and the little things they did, were big things to me. I'm extremely grateful to everyone at the San Fernando Enterprise.
Tony really saved our High School Cross Country Trip. We could not find rentals anywhere. He made some calls and made it happen for us. The team is very grateful. We have spread the word about the awesome service that Enterprise San Fernando provides for everyone
WOW, I just realized scrolling through the reviews, my first time renting here 5 y/o was a horrible experience (under Joyful Chan)! I rented again from them last week. Last night, I posted my long negative review on Yelp under Jay C. This is the second time they ruined my bday! Similar to a previous customer's review, I didn't get my deposit back and now I'm overdrafted... Alvina and Liz are rude and unprofessional!!!
They deserve more then five stars! Fast great service. Very friendly! Everyone here has been excellent!! I've been dealing with this particular branch sense October 2016 not once have I had any rudeness like with other branches I had been to before. SAN Fernando enterprise has given me the best car renting experience that I no longer deal with any other branches this is the only one I come to!!! Fantastic staff such as Tony , have been wonderful!! Over all politeness
